1. Digital Product Purchase

All products sold on our website are digital and downloadable. Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive immediate access to the files and license, and they will be considered “delivered.”

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The plugin is not working as described or advertised, and you have made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with our support team.
  • The plugin has critical bugs or errors that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You mistakenly purchased the same plugin more than once.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Custom development services, customization requests, or installation services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be provided due to changes in your business, personal circumstances, or the plugin not meeting your subjective expectations unless explicitly warranted by advertised features.

5. Final Decision
