These terms govern your use of the Technify Guru website and the AI Paper Maker application (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; school or group plans are arranged separately.
2. What the service does
The service drafts question papers, answer keys and marking schemes with the help of an AI model, based on the chapters and settings you choose. Generated content is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it before use, including checking answers and suitability for your students. We do not guarantee that generated content is error-free or that it matches any particular examination.
3. Your content
You own the papers you generate and edit, and you may use them in your teaching, including printing and sharing them with your students and school. You grant us the right to store and process them to provide the service. You agree not to upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or is unrelated to education.
4. Plans, limits and payment
The free plan has daily limits on papers and questions. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees in advance for each period and renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice on the pricing page. Taxes are applied as required by law. Refunds for a current period are at our discretion unless the service was unavailable for a significant part of that period.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not try to bypass plan limits, share accounts, or access another user’s papers.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate content.
- Do not resell generated content as a question bank without our written agreement.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including outcomes of examinations set using generated content.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
9. Governing law and contact
